The Role

We Are Looking For A Compassionate And Experienced Care Supervisor To Lead And Supervise Care Teams At Acer Healthcare. You Will Ensure That Our Teams Are Delivering, Compassionate, Effect And High-quality Care To Our Beneficiaries.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

·        Organising The Care Staff Team To Ensure That The Service Users Health Action Plans Are Implemented In Consultation With The Individuals, Their Relatives And Key Professionals.

·        Provide Support And Supervision Of Care Staff When On Duty, As Directed By The Manager.

·        Providing Ongoing Monitoring, Support, And Assessment Of Service Users Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Physiological, And Social Needs.

·        Participate In The Out Of Hours / On Call Services When Required

·        Ensuring The Care Team Follow Policies And Procedures

·        Complete Delegated Caring Tasks And Inform Registered Manager Of Any Observations.

Educated To Level 3 Diploma In Adult Social Care Or Equivalent And Evidence Of Continuous Professional Development Relevant To Dementia Care Practice Is Essential. Previous Experience Of Working In A Care With Elder People Or Working In Adult Social Care Is Required To Fulfill This Role.
